Gestational trophoblastic disease (MTG) groups together conditions that are very variable from a clinical, biological and metastatic potential point of view.We report case ruptured molar pregnancy, diagnosed by picture hemorrhagic shock, confirmed histological examination the surgical specimen. Monitoring was assaying plasma BhCG levels.
